How do I track my orders?

How long is the shipping?

Free shipping on all orders (approximate 12-15 days delivery), if you need to add a tracking number you will need to pay an additional US$7.99 (in the cart and on the checkout page).

If you require express delivery (approximate 7-day delivery), you will need to pay an additional $35 – $95 per item (depending on the nature of the item and the weight of the item). Also, some items are not available for express delivery, please see the product page, shopping cart page and checkout page for details.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at service@bestshoptheday.com (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Do you accept Cash On Delivery?

What are the payment options?

We accept payments by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Cash App direct payments and cryptocurrency payments.

Where will my items ship from?

All our goods are shipped from China.

Can I return the product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be in new and unused condition. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at Email: service@bestshoptheday.com and we will give you a return warehouse address.
  2. Return the goods to the return warehouse address. Please note: returned merchandise must be unopened and unused, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer (For exceptions, please see the “Support Free Return Reason” section).
  3. We will normally issue a full refund to your original account within 2 business days of receiving your return. The time you receive your refund depends on your bank and payment method, but normally you will receive your refund within 5-7 days after we initiate it.
  4. Refunds and return shipping costs for items that are supported for free returns will be refunded in full to your original account within 2 business days after we receive the return, and you will normally receive the refund within 5-7 days after we initiate the refund.
