Shipping And Taxes

  1. Free shipping and home delivery for all orders with United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Turkish, South Africa, China, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, Macau Special Administrative Region of China, Taiwan Province of China, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Russia, and European Union 27 countries address.
  2. For any other country, we do not provide delivery services for the time being.
  3. Free shipping on all orders (approximate 12-15 days delivery), if you need to add a tracking number you will need to pay an additional US$7.99 (in the cart and on the checkout page).
  4. If you require express delivery (approximate 7-day delivery), you will need to pay an additional $35 – $95 per item (depending on the nature of the item and the weight of the item). Also, some items are not available for express delivery, please see the product page, shopping cart page and checkout page for details.
  5. Sales tax and VAT are included in the product price or shipping cost. However, the import duties and taxes of the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility, and we are not responsible for the delay caused by the customs. For more on taxes, please see our tax policy.

Delivery Location

Delivery is only valid for delivery addresses in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Turkish, South Africa, China, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, Macau Special Administrative Region of China, Taiwan Province of China, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Russia, and European Union 27 countries address.
  2. We do not send mail to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.
  3. For Finland, Norway, and Sweden, we may submit the goods to DHL’s pickup points.
  4. If you use Google Pay or Apple pay to pay, and the delivery address of the order you submitted is different from the delivery address provided by Google Pay or Apple pay, we default to the delivery address provided by Google Pay or Apple pay as the delivery address of the order.

Shipping Time
