Preparation before production
Where the oil cup is installed, an appropriate amount of lubricant should be injected before starting the machine.
Check the tightness of all the connections of the machine and the tightness of the belt. Connect the motor to the ground before turning on the power to ensure the safety of the operator. Remove the v-belt, turn on the power of the motor, and start the motor to observe whether the direction of rotation is correct (the direction of rotation of the motor shaft should be opposite to the direction of the arrow on the guard or hand wheel). If the direction of rotation is not correct, the other wiring and then the v-belt are installed.
The machine before starting debugging steps
Installation of the mold
(1) Installation of lower punch: Loosen the lower punch fixing screw, turn the handwheel so that the lower punch core rod is raised to the highest position, and insert the lower punch core rod into the hole of the lower punch core rod (pay attention to make the notched bevel of the lower punch rod align with the lower punch fixing screw and insert it to the bottom), and finally tighten the lower punch fixing screw.
(2) Install upper punch: loosen the upper punch fastening nut, insert the upper punch core rod into the hole of the upper punch core rod and insert it to the end, use a wrench to catch the lower hexagon of the upper punch core rod and tighten the upper punch fastening nut.
(3) Install the middle die: loosen the middle die fixing screw, put the middle die into the hole of the middle die table, and make the lower punch enter the hole of the middle die, press the bottom and then tighten the middle die fixing screw. When putting the die, you should pay attention to holding the die flat so that it won’t get stuck when you put it in crookedly and damage the whole wall.
(4) Turn the hand wheel by hand, make the upper punch descend slowly into the hole of the middle die, and observe whether there is collision or friction, if collision or friction occurs, loosen the middle die plate fixing screws (two), adjust the position of the middle die plate fixing, make the upper punch enter the hole of the middle die, then tighten the middle die plate fixing screws, so adjust until the upper punch enters the middle die without collision or friction, then the installation is qualified.
Turn the handwheel to make the lower punch rise to the highest position, and observe whether the lower punch plane is flush with the middle die plane (high or low will affect the out piece), if not flush, loosen the butterfly screw, loosen the gear pressure plate, turn the upper adjusting gear, make the lower punch plane flush with the middle die plane, then press the pressure plate and tighten the butterfly screw. At this point, use the hand to shake the hand wheel and run the empty car for more than ten revolutions, if the machine runs normally, then you can add material to test pressure and make the next adjustment.
Filling depth adjustment (adjustment of tablet weight)
Loosen the butterfly screw, loosen the gear lever, and turn the lower adjusting gear to the left to make the lower punching core rod rise, then the filling depth will be reduced (the weight of tablets will be reduced). After adjusting, press the gear lever up and tighten the butterfly screw.
Pressure adjustment (adjustment of tablet hardness)
Loosen the rod lock nut, turn the upper punch core rod, and turn it to the left to make the upper punch core rod move downward, then the pressure will increase and the hardness of the pressed tablets will increase; conversely, turn it to the right, then the pressure will decrease and the hardness of the tablets will decrease, use a wrench to clamp the lower hexagon of the upper punch core rod after the adjustment, and tighten the rod lock nut. So far the adjustment of the punching die is basically completed, and then start the motor test pressing more than ten tablets, checking the tablet weight, hardness and surface finish, etc., such as the quality of qualified, can be fed into production. In the production process, still must check the quality of tablets at any time, timely adjustment
The disassembly of the punching die.
(1) Disassemble the upper punch: screw loose the upper punch fastening nut, you can pull out the upper punch core rod, if it is tight, you can use hand pliers to hold the upper die: screw loose the middle die fixing screw, screw down the lower punch fixing screw, screw loose the butterfly screw, punch the core rod will be pulled out, but be careful not to damage the mold.
(2) Disassemble the middle die: loosen the middle die fixing screw, screw down the lower punch fixing screw, loosen the butterfly screw, and release the gear lever. Turn the adjusting gear, make the lower punch core rod rise about 10mm, gently turn the handwheel, make the lower punch core rod eject part of the middle die, and take out the middle die by hand, if the middle die is tight in the hole, do not turn the handwheel hard to avoid damaging the machine and parts. In this case, it is necessary to remove the middle die table and then take out the middle die.
(3) Disassemble the lower punch: before the lower punch fixing screw has been screwed, and then turn the hand wheel to make the lower punch core rod rise to the highest position, you can pull out the lower punch core rod by hand. If the lower punch core rod fits tightly, use hand pliers to clamp it out (be careful not to damage the die).
(4) After disassembling the die, turn the adjusting gear to make the lower punching core rod recede about 10mm, turn the hand wheel to make the lower punching core rod rise to the highest position, the top of which is not higher than the bottom of the middle die plate (this step should not be ignored to avoid the accident of the lower punching core rod colliding with the middle die when it is used again). Finally, screw the fixing screw of the lower punch.
The post-operation process
Preparation before pressing
(1) Check the cleanliness of the workshop, equipment and containers, check the clearance certificate, check the expiration date and take down the identification plate
(2) Fill in the production status card and hang the product identification plate as required by the production instruction.
(3) Clean the table surface of the tablet press, and wipe the containers, sanitary ware and molds with 75% ethanol to disinfect them.
(4) Load the required molds, filling hoppers, fillers, etc., and perform empty machine test runs
(5) Pick up the pellets at the intermediate station according to the production instruction and fill in the records.
(1)Adjust the loading quantity, piece weight, pressure and speed according to the process requirements
(2)Feeding evenly to keep the granule flowing normally.
(3) Pay attention to checking the weight difference, hardness, fragility, disintegration time limit and appearance of the tablets during the pressing process
(4) Weighing, recording and transferring to the intermediate station after tablet pressing.
End of production
(1) Fill in production records, take down the product identification plate, hang the clearing plate, and clear the field according to the requirements of the 300,000-grade clean area and tablet press clearing requirements.
(2) Fill in the clearing record after the end of the clearing, report to QA for inspection and issue the clearing certificate and hang the clean identification plate.
(1) The machine can only run in a certain direction (see the arrow on the hand wheel or shield), do not reverse, so as not to damage the machine parts. Particular attention must be paid when adjusting the pressure piece.
(2) Belt tightness adjustment: adjust through the two adjusting nuts on the bottom plate of the motor. Pay attention to the lock nut after adjustment.
(3) When there is no power supply, the v-belt should be removed to reduce resistance and wear, but do not remove the large pulley, because the large pulley also has the role of labor-saving.
(4) Electric pressure plate must be turned down on the hand wheel on the rotation handle, so as to avoid injury when running.
(5) No matter whether manual pressing or electric pressing, the upper core lever should be in the riding position before starting. If the upper punch core rod in the case of down position to start, just after the start into the die press, then because the machine speed has not yet risen up, inertia is small, easy to happen top car situation (the upper punch head into the middle fee due to the resistance of the tablets and “top dead”, so that the machine stops running. Top car due to the larger load, often damage or burn the motor).
(6) In the process of pressing tablets must often check the quality of tablets (tablet weight, hardness, surface finish, etc.), so as to timely adjustment.
Quality control focus
Tablet weight, hardness, surface finish, disintegration time limit.
(1) Dress according to the regulations before entering the job, do a good job of cleaning and sanitation of the plant and equipment after entering the job, install the die of the tablet press according to the process requirements, and do all other pre-production preparation work.
(2) According to the production instructions, receive materials from the intermediate station according to the prescribed procedures.
(3) Press tablets strictly according to process procedures and standard operating procedures for tablet pressing, and check the quality of tablets (including tablet weight, hardness and appearance, etc.) according to the specified time.
(4) Quality problems found in the process of tablet pressing must be reflected the process manager and the technician in time.
(5) At the end of tablet pressing, material accounting is performed according to regulations, and deviation must be in accordance with the prescribed limits; otherwise, it is handled according to deviation handling procedures.
(6) Hand over the material according to the regulations, and return the remaining material to the intermediate station according to the regulations. Fill in all records carefully as required.
(7) During the work period, it is strictly prohibited to leave the post, string post, and not to do things that are not related to the work of the post.
(8) At the end of the work or when replacing varieties, strictly clear the field according to the SOP of this post, and hang the identification plate after passing the QA inspection.
(9) Check the operation of equipment frequently, pay attention to equipment maintenance, and report any malfunction found during the operation.
