Shipping is free on all orders and tracking numbers are not provided by default. If you need a tracking number, please select the “Add Tracking Number” option when placing your order and pay $7.99.

We accept most Credit/Debit Card payments, E-wallet payments (Google Pay and Apple Pay), Cryptocurrency payments and direct bank transfer payments.

If you require express delivery (approximate 7-day delivery), you will need to pay an additional $35 – $95 per item (depending on the nature of the item and the weight of the item). What If My Credit/Debit Card Payment Fails?

If your payment fails, it is possible that your bank has blocked a risky transaction. Please call your bank, provide the order number or payment amount, and reauthorize the transaction.

Customers may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided that the items are in new and unused condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is covered by our "Free Returns Support" section. Once the return is received, we will typically process and issue a refund to the original payment account within 2 business days, with the refund appearing within 5-7 days depending on the bank and payment method.

Free returns are offered in cases where the goods are damaged in transit (excluding damage caused by customers), parts are missing, the wrong items are delivered, or the items are defective. Free returns are not available if the item's arrival is delayed, the customer no longer needs the item, the item appears inauthentic, or if the item does not fit properly.
